Here is another line that demonstrate the same idea, but in a lower register and with simpler note choices.

Notice that the 7th of any chord can resolve to the 3rd of a chord whose root is a fourth away. For instance, F# of GM7 resolves to E of CM7. A good way to practice this is by simply sticking to chord tones for an entire walking line whenever possible.
