First note is played with your right index. The next three notes are played with your left hand (index,ring,pinky). The first seventeen is played with you right middle. The second with your left index, slide from that 17to the 19 with the same finger. Hit the higher 19 with left middle and slide it down to the 16 using the same finger. The 14,15,14 line is played with your left hand, index and middle. The 12,14 line is played with your right index then middle. And finally the 8,7 line is played with your left middle followed by the index.

It sounds best if you play it as smoooth as you can. Try it on fretless too.
