River Rat Shuffle (For The Lil' Guys)

by Justin Juno (123)

Pages: 1 Suggested Tempo: 80

The River Rat Shuffle

The River Rat Shuffle is a beginners piece I constructed by using the sample licks from a Middle School Jazz Method Book, Its really easy, and I dont reccomend it for advanced players, mainly becuase the song is written really basic to give starting a bassist a feel for triplets and movement. Oh yeah, theres a lil' solo at the end of it too, nothing fancy have fun.

This Sample Riff comes from the C Mixolodian Scale for those wondering

Take Care I Hope this Lesson helps some you youngster in the bass world. Its basically what you would find or be expected to play at a Middle School Jazz Concert..
