Okay, first a word on three fingered plucking. I takes a lot of practice, but the advantages over two fingered make it worth it. Now first you have to decide which order you will pluck with. There are generally two ways to do it: Most people go with index, middle, ring, repeat. I and a few others go the opposite; ring, middle finger, repeat. Just play up and down the strings a few times and decide for yourself. Just go with what feels right. Make sure you play each note with equal strength and keep a very precise tempo.
