Minor Scale

by Dan Hendrickson (189)

Pages: 1 Suggested Tempo: 120

This is the C minor scale. The first note played is C. This is known as the root note because we are in the key of C. The same rule can be applied to all keys. I have also included the C minor pentatoninc scale. It consist's of five notes which why it's called a pentatonic scale. Notice how similar it is to the full minor scale. The only difference is the 2nd and 6th notes are not played.
