Fingers Independence

by FRANCIS LOPEZ (265)

Pages: 1 Suggested Tempo: 120

Place your hand (left or right) on a solid flat surface (palm down) and open your fingers.

Then try to lift one finger and keep the others in contact with the surface. Go back to initial position and try to lift an other finger.

Continue with each finger and remember to lift up only one finger each time.

Start slowly and increase the speed as you feel confortable lifting each finger independently from the others.

This exercice can be done anywhere as long as you get a flat surface.

Always remember to stop as soon as you start to feel pain.
