Pentatonic Warm Up

by Aaron Leonard (126)

Pages: 1 Suggested Tempo: 140

This is just a mere sample of one of the warm-ups I like to use before practicing, and grooving. The line is fairly simple and should be used for the sole purpose of warming up your left hand in that of stretching the hand and shifting positions. I would recommend that you also use this line to warm up your right hand. I like to use straight 16ths, sometimes with some sextuplets and 32nds. Also, try throwing in some rests so you can vary up the rythm of this line, and as always, this is only a sample so feel free to add to it and jam off of it!
