Like I wrote above, if you want results you must use 1 finger per fret. The first few times you do this, really focus on getting the notes under your fingers. Make each note as clear as possible. After you have gotten all of these notes under your fingers, sounding clear and precise, the fun begins. Start at tempo 80 and try and move up to 130. Another practice method would be to see how many seconds it takes you to complete this excersie. Start slow and work your way up. Remember don't get frustrated and take your time, it ain't a race.
