Here's a simple solo idea using harmonic third, fifth and sixth notes.

Third- The last two notes in measure one.

Fifths- The first two notes in measure one, the last two notes of measure five and the two notes in measure eight.

Sixths- All other "sets of two" notes (disregarding the riff in measure four)
