Derek Emmaus (Part I)

Richard Eischen (1220) · [archive]
Style: Christian · Level: Beginner · Tempo: 110
Pages: 1

Note: Start out slower if you need to (adjust tempo at bottom of screen), and gradually increase speed until you can play it well.

This selection is intended for beginners who have learned all four strings of the 4-string bass, and have used all four fingers of the left hand.

Rhythm: Slow blues. Are you tired of playing those little ditties from a lesson book? Then give this one a try! It opens in disillusionment at the beginning of a journey, and as we continue the trek the mood changes. This will be more apparent in Part 2. Please try to work on note values (holding the notes for the specified length of time. And play with feeling. Enjoy!
