K tap the 12 with your righte hjand and the five and 8 with your left then just use your left hand for the next part going up the the that slower part you just play normal with your finger it doesnt really sound like a melody but it is. and the second tapping part going up the neck it doesnt sound good but when u play u can adjust your oown speeed.
