On this page, I'm going to show you how to do a bass solo using the third pattern I showed you. The third pattern I showed you is based on the mixolydian Dominant 7 scale. It looks like this:

Now, an excellent way to create a bass solo is to use the 1-3-5-7 notes of the scale. You can also use other notes as passing tones in-between. Well, here ya go!
