Good Warmup/Excersize

I developed this excersize to get my pinky/ring finger coordinating with my index and middle finger, cuz they always did the work in the beginning. I do this excersize all over the fret board and at varying speeds. I start slow, and build up as fast as I can possibly go while maintaining accuracy - see how fast you can get!
Basically, each finger is used for each note like this:
1,4,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,4...etc...
