This is an example of the Turkish Suzidil makam (a makam's something like a mode in Turkish music). It's actually a 'seyir' of the makam, which is basically a sort of practice run through the notes used in the mode, including its modulations. It's a descending makam; I've also put an attempt at a scale chart of it (which doesn't, however, show any of the modulations).
