Quest for the Temple of BOOM!

After creating the "108 Bass Tips of the Day,"© I wanted more Knowledge. So, I decided to take the most perilous journey of my life to the Legendary...Temple of BOOM!!© Located in the Lower section of the Groov’n Bass’n,© at the bottom of the Bassyanious Riff!©

I intended to walk in the Great Halls of The Temple of BOOM© and experience the Power of All BASSDOM!!® As I descended Deeper & Deeper into the Bassyanious Riff,© I ran into many things that tried to make me turn back...’G clefs, high pitched sounds, Guitar licks, buzzing noises, Lead Guitar solos, and other things all Bass-less and without any Foundation at all!’ I was searching for the very Essence of Bottom!

I continued to go Lower & Lower & Deeper & Deeper into the very bowels of the Bassyanious Riff!!© It was very dark, cold, damp & slippery in this place. Suddenly, I slipped and lost my footing...I fell down, ever downward I fell, into the murky Darkness...I thought to my death! But, I landed safely on a near-by ledge. I pulled myself up, gathered my gear and sized up the situation. I then noticed something coming toward me out of the murky Darkness. It was Formless & Shapeless. It was getting Bigger & Brighter as it neared me! Then it stopped and hovered above me for a moment...Then it backed off a bit and began to take shape. It elongated, separated into four sections, and then it burst into huge Flames! I thought that I would be burned alive! I quickly moved back to the cliff walls to save myself but, as the Flames roared I remained unharmed! Puzzled, I gazed at this phenomenon before me. Then I recognized it to be the Four Burning Oscillating Bass Strings!© "Oh, this is a good sign! I must be at the Gates of The Temple of BOOM!!!"©

Then they began to vibrate…Each one in its own particular Low, Deep Tone. Getting ever Louder & Louder & Louder until, I could take no more! I had to turn away and to cover my ears! Suddenly, the sounds became softer & softer. I rose up and uncovered my ears. There was now a Soothing Low, Deep Tone that filled the camber that I was in.

Then from somewhere, from nowhere, from everywhere, even from inside me, I heard my name being called!! The Sound was so Sweet, so Mellow, so Powerful and it contained so much Affinity & Affection, it could only be the...‘LOWERED’!!!©

The voice of the ‘LOWERED’© was coming from the Four Burning Oscillating Bass Strings

I did not know what to do?! "Should I kneel down?...Should I cast my eyes downward??...Should I bow???" I just stood there, eyes fixed on the Four Burning Oscillating Bass Strings

Then the ‘LOWERED’© said unto me,

"Clifton, it is not thy time to walk in the Great Halls of the Temple of BOOM!©

"Return to ActiveBass.Com my child, and publish thy 108 Bass Tips of the Day,© for thy Bass Brothers & Sisters there!

"There are many there that wish to make use of thy work to better themselves!

"You have my ‘Bassing’© for your efforts.

"Before you leave this place my child, I have a message for you deliver...’Thank The mighty Froggiemotto & Long Red, for Creating their Bass Haven.’ It saves me a lot of work!

"Live Low, Stay Low & Play Low my child...Until Bassdom Comes!"®

There was a bright flash of light, and the very next moment, I found myself back in my apartment in Austin, Texas. I was sitting at my desk, computer logged on to ‘ActiveBass.Com’ with two AB screens open, Bass Tip of the Day document list open…So, I started to do the work of the ‘LOWERED’!©

Again, there were many things that tried to delay this work, such as, lots and lots of overtime work, dislocated finger, being just plain Lazy, loss of my Girl-friend (Thank goodness), being insanely jealous of Patrick’s ‘Bass Groove of the Week,’ leaking fish tanks, discontinued Bass lessons, and on and on and on!! Now, the deed has been done for everyone to enjoy! See what I had to go through to get this in Lesson form???? LMAO!!!!!
