Now and then I start doubling up with my picking fingers (using the same finger to pick several differnent notes in a row), which slows me down when I need to play something fast. So this is something I came up with to help out.
Start out slow, hit the notes clear, making sure to rotate with your picking fingers, then work the tempo up.
