Simple Double Stops
Okay...I haven't really seen a lesson out here for using double stops. Double stops are those little bits of ornamentation that you'll hear in bass playing where there are two notes being struck at the same time. Sometimes you'll hear them used in a slide from one double stop to another or hammered on from one set of frets to the next whole note. I'm not going to go into a whole bunch of theory. Hey, this is just a beginning lesson. When you've got this, you can spend some time with the great theory lessons here to figure out what notes compliment each other and use double stops in a variety of combinations. So... let's try working on some simple ones now.
