Here are some exercises in slap and pop. The blank bar's are just to signify a change in bassline. Also there are loads of hammer ons here, put them in everywhere and practis going from slow to fast again...work up your speed as you go and don't be afraid to try and slap notes on the D string that are hammer on's or on the G string...similarly try popping notes on the A and E string.
