60's British Style 12 Bar Blues

by John DeLellis (848)

Pages: 1 2 Suggested Tempo: 80

This is an example of how Led Zep's John Paul Jones or Jack Bruce would play around a traditional 12 bar blues progression. The style copies the old 50's R&B bass lines but feels a little more syncopated. I tried to put as many riffs as possible into this 1 example. Listen to Led Zep's "The Lemon Song" to hear how it is really done. Have Fun
