This is a great harp for a beginner. It needed to be tuned frequently when we first got it, but we don't need to tune it as much now. It has a nice sound. We are pleased.

Item arrived on time and in good condition. Item was shipped promptly, but then UPS took a long time getting it here; my fault, I shouldn't have ordered over a holiday weekend. No complaints about ActiveMusician.
