Account Problems?

• My email is valid but I don't know my password -- Use our password recovery tool to regain access to your account
• I don't remember my email or it's no longer valid -- If you know the url of your ActiveBass homepage, which looks something like:

  http://www.activebass.com/u[some number]--firstname-lastname

  and you have a Facebook account, use our account recovery tool via Facebook to submit your info. If it's a match, you'll get info on how to change the email on your ActiveBass account, and you'll have access in no time.
• I want my account deleted, and information removed -- Once you have access to your account using the methods above, you'll be able to remove/edit any of your previous content, as well as deactivate your account from your member settings, if so desired.
